The Ballet Needs Your Support
Led by our treasured Artistic Director, Edra Toth, our Ballet Company and Dance Academy involve countless children and adults at every level of our organization. We rely upon on the support of the business community, the arts community, our patrons and our parents to continue to give the highest level of training to our dancers and the highest quality productions for our audiences.
Miss Edra believes that anyone can learn to dance...and, dance correctly. She never turns a child away that wants to dance and gives scholarships to many. She remembers generous people who helped her along her way early in her career and vowed to do the same for others. We hope that our community will support her in these worthy endeavors.
In fact, she is counting on your support. A strong base of sponsors, corporate and individuals, will allow her to continue producing quality dancers in her Dance Academy and staging quality productions with her Ballet Company.

There is only one Title Sponsor available for the upcoming season and any sponsor will be given ample opportunities to promote their business within our Academy, Ballet Company, on the Web, Facebook and Twitter.
- All ballets will be titled “ABC Company presents….The Nutcracker (for instance)” for both Christmas and Spring ballets for the current season
- Sponsor Logo and “ABC Company presents…” legend will be on all playbills for the entire season and for the two annual productions
- Sponsor logo on all show posters
- Sponsor logo on cover of playbill
- Full-page ad (Inside Front Cover) in playbill for both ballets in current season. Ad can be created by Big Hit Media at additional cost.
- Sponsor logos on all house boards for the entire season
- Sponsor brochure/card rack in lobby for all shows
- Sponsor web link (larger and more prominent than other sponsors) direct to sponsor’s website for the entire season.
- Sponsor identification in curtain speeches at all performances for all ballets
- 20 tickets to any single show with preferred seating. Tickets can be used in one show or several as preferred by sponsor. Ticket requests must be received at least two weeks in advance of any show. Tickets may be received as tickets for the sponsor use or donated to a designated charitable organization.
- At Sponsors request, one Meet and Greet Reception with the cast and principal dancers can be arranged.
- At Sponsor request, a personal appearance by Miss Edra Toth and several of her dancers can be arranged at a company function of sponsor’s choosing.
Title Sponsor Package cost: $15,000
We will allow our Corporate Sponsors the opportunity promote their business by allowing them to sponsor all performances on a specific night for any of the ballets during our current season. This sponsor will also be given ample opportunities to promote their business within our Academy, Ballet Company, on the Web, Facebook and Twitter.
- All performances chosen will be introduced as “Tonight’s performance of the Nutcracker (for instance) is sponsored by ABC Company”
- Sponsor Logo and “sponsored by” legend will be on all playbills for the entire season and for the appropriate performances
- Sponsor logo on all show posters
- Sponsor logo on cover of playbill
- Full-page ad in playbill for both ballets in current season (Inside Back Cover at additional cost). Ad can be created by Big Hit Media at additional cost.
- Sponsor logos on all house boards for the entire season
- Sponsor’ brochure/card rack in lobby for all shows
- Sponsor web link direct to sponsors website for the entire season.
- Sponsor identification in curtain speeches at all performances for all ballets
- 10 tickets to any single show with preferred seating. Tickets can be used in one show or several as preferred by sponsor. Ticket requests must be received at least four weeks in advance of any show. Tickets may be received as tickets for the sponsor use or donated to a designated charitable organization.
- At Sponsors request, one Meet and Greet Reception with the cast and principal dancers can be arranged.
Performance Sponsor Package cost: $5,000
We encourage Corporations to support the Northeastern Ballet Theatre and Dance Academy. This sponsor will also be given ample opportunities to promote their business within our Academy and Ballet Company, on the Web, Facebook and Twitter.

- Sponsor logo on all show posters
- Sponsor logo on cover of playbill
- Half-page ad in playbill for both ballets in current season (Full-Page at additional cost) Ad can be created by Big Hit Media at additional cost.
- Sponsor logos on all house boards for the entire season
- Sponsor’ brochure/card rack in lobby for all shows
- Sponsor identification in curtain speeches at all performances for all ballets
- 5 tickets to any single show with preferred seating. Tickets can be used in one show or several as preferred by sponsor. Ticket requests must be received at least four weeks in advance of any show. Tickets may be received as tickets for the sponsor use or donated to a designated charitable organization.
Corporate Sponsor Package cost: $2,000
As a non-profit company, both The Academy and Ballet Company depend on donations from patrons to help us to continue to reach our goals and meet our financial needs.
Regardless of what level of financial support you give us, we believe that you are all patrons. Each gives according to their interest and ability. We are grateful for the support. With such support, Miss Edra and her staff can reach many more children that couldn’t afford to dance and present the absolute best Ballet productions.
Each patron will, at the very least, be recognized on our website and in all playbills for any productions in the current season.

If you would like to be more personally involved in growing our Academy, we are offering a special type of patronage. We have very talented children, male and female, that you can personally sponsor. We will assign a specific child to you and you will be asked to supply that child’s specific needs for the entire season (leotards, dance shoes, pointe shoes, and accessories). You will be given an opportunity to support a dancer of your own and we hope you will identify with that child. You will receive updates on their progress and can cheer them in their next performance with the Northeastern Ballet Theatre... Minimum donation $250
If you are considering a larger gift, or a donation of property or stock, please contact Jeffrey Dean Brown, Business Manager, so we can discuss the particulars of such a gift.
Northeastern Ballet Theatre and the Edra Toth’s Academy of Dance and Music have applied for 501(c)3 status, but currently uses a fiscal agent (fracturedatlas.org) for all donations to ensure they are fully tax-deductible. Please see your accountant for tax advice regarding donations to our Theatre or Academy.
