PUNCTUALITY

Please see that your child arrives early enough to be prepared  for class.

 

 

PICK-UP

All students should be picked up promptly after their class has been dismissed. The fear that a young student feels at being left alone can negatively influence an otherwise positive dance experience. For safety reasons no student will be allowed outside into the parking area after class unless accompanied by an adult.

 

 

Please use common sense about sending a child to do physical excercise while ill. Please notify the studio if your child will not be attending class. We care very deeply about all our students.

 

 

All dance bags, leotards, tights, shoes etc should be labeled with the student's name. Call the studio at the main number 569-5410 if something is lost. If found it will be held in the office. Unclaimed Lost & Found items are donted to local charities and will be held for only 14 days.

 

Please reinforce that proper hair and attire are integral to a formal dance education. Please monitor the fit and condition of shoes and dance wear. No jewlery in class - this includes watches , bracelets and necklaces.

 

The Academy welcomes the interest and questions of all parents. Conferences may be scheduled at any time during the year. Please be aware of instuctors obligations and demanding schedules, and do not attempt to engage them in any impromptu discussions before, during, between or after classes.

Please inform the studio if there is any change to your contact information such as e-mail address, phone or address changes. The studio communicates primarily through e-mail and you could be missing critical information about classes, rehearsals, etc.
